"So faith, hope and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love." 1 Corinthians 13:13
Little beyond legend is known of the patron of the greatest theological virtues: love. Saint Valentine has a secular "Hallmark" holiday in his honor, but in today's inspirational episode, his life as a Roman of heroic devotion is given depth and meaning. It is no stretch to claim that family as it was ordained by God is threatened at every turn in our modern culture. Listen to hear how Saint Valentine challenged a great threat to the love and strength of the family so very long ago.
